Glass Perfect began its operations in 2016 in the Limpopo province. It is a black owned level 1 BBBEE certified company which provides a mobile service – meeting our clients at the most convenient location to provide them with the best glass fitment service. Our highly skilled fitment technicians are certified with TiGA. We source SABS approved products from reputable suppliers and all glasses replaced are responsibly disposed of.

GETTING TO KNOW GLASS PERFECT
WHY WAS GLASS PERFECT ESTABLISHED?
“Glass Perfect” was founded by Lerato Modjela with the aim of providing a quality auto glass fitment service in the glass fitment industry.
Lerato Modjela has numerous businesses in various industries and one of which, is in the road transport industry (Passenger Transport and Logistics). When he experienced a lack of quality and value for money in most glass fitment companies that were servicing his fleet, he then decide to transform and disrupt the industry by forming and introducing an auto glass fitment company that resembles perfection in all areas involved in the auto glass fitment, Hence the name “GLASS PERFECT”.
EXPERIENCE IN THE INDUSTRY
Glass Perfect was established in 2016 under a different company and in 2017 an official company was registered with the trading name Glass Perfect. The company has a team of professionals who have 10 years experience in the auto glass fitment industry. The director, Lerato Modjela, is also a seasoned entrepreneur who has 14 years experience in establishing, leading and managing numerous business ventures in various industries. His career as an entrepreneur began at a tender age of 16.
In essence, although Glass Perfect has been in operation for 4 years to date, it is being driven and lead by a team of individuals who collectively have more than 10 years experience in the industry and in the sphere of business.
WHO IS LERATO MODJELA?
Lerato Modjela is a qualified Industrial Engineer and a member of the Golden Key Honours Association which is a society that recognises and honours students for being amongst the top 15% academic achievers in their field of study. He has industry experience in various fields, namely, the locomotive and automotive manufacturing industry where he was involved in projects of improving operating efficiency, productivity and cost reduction projects. He also has entrepreneurial experience including in road passenger transport and logistics.
He holds the following qualifications: BSc (Hons) Applied Science and Industrial Systems from the University of Pretoria and a B-Tech Industrial Engineering qualification from the University of Johannesburg.
